Course Enrollment & Payments
All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated. Once payment is successfully processed, access to course materials and resources is provided as per the selected program.

Cancellation Policy
Course enrollment cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of payment.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through the official contact form on our website.
Cancellations requested after course access has been granted may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if requested within 48 hours of enrollment and before course commencement.
No refunds will be provided once the course has started or if learning materials have been accessed.
For live or classroom training programs, refunds are not applicable once the batch is confirmed.
Any processing or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Failure to attend sessions after enrollment
Change of mind after course access
Partial course completion
Technical issues not reported in advance
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

Course Rescheduling
Proskillpath reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, learners will be offered either a full refund or the option to enroll in an alternative batch.
